Lingokids support can be reached directly via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can also be reached by clicking the "Help & Support" button on the website and through live chat during our office hours.
Our Customer Experience team is in the office from 8am to 6pm Monday thought Friday, and will be sure to personally respond to you within 24-48 hours. On weekends or holidays, it can take just a bit longer.
