Having trouble with your Apple refund?
Apple maintains a very strict data security policy and does not allow us to see a customer's payment information. As a result, we cannot manage customer refunds.
This means that we are unable to tell you information about your refund request. To confirm your refund request or ask for further information about your account, you must do so through Apple.
Apple often gives customers a refund within 90 days of a purchase. We suggest sending an initial refunds request here.
