We have outlined two processes (below) for you to request a refund depending on the platform you subscribed with.
Subscription made through Apple Store:
Lingokids cannot refund, cancel, or manage accounts created through the App Store.
To request a refund please contact Apple directly using the information found on your emailed receipt. To start your refund request through Apple, click here.
Subscription made through the Lingokids website or Google Play:
You can submit a refund request by filling out this form and the Lingokids team will check if you are eligible for a refund.
So we can best help you, please include:
- A screenshot of your latest receipt for Lingokids Plus.
- If you registered through Google Play, a screenshot of your order number. It should look something like this - GPA.****-****-****.
- If you registered through our website: the last four digits of the credit card you used or your PayPal account.
Important: Make sure to include the email address that you used to make the subscription and attach the receipt from the charge.
