A Magic Link lets you log in to Lingokids without a password. Enter the email address you registered with, and Lingokids sends a link straight to that inbox — tap the link and you are in. There is no password to remember and nothing to reset.
How Do I Log In With a Magic Link?
- Open the Lingokids app and go to the login screen.
- Tap I have an account.
- Enter the email address you used to register, then confirm. Lingokids sends a Magic Link to that email address.
- Open your email inbox on the same device.
- Tap the Magic Link in the email from Lingokids. The Lingokids app opens and you are logged in.
What If the Magic Link Email Does Not Arrive?
If the Magic Link email has not arrived after a few minutes, check these two things first.
- Look in your junk or spam folder, because the Magic Link email sometimes lands there.
- Check that you entered the same email address you used to register, since a Magic Link can only be sent to a registered address.
If the Magic Link email still does not arrive, contact our support team and tell us the email address you registered with.
