Did you have a problem with your payment? Don't worry! You just have to update your payment information to continue enjoying Lingokids Unlimited!
I signed up with Apple through the App Store or iTunes
To update your payment method through Apple, please see the steps below:
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
- Tap Payment Information, then change your information.
- Make sure that your name and billing address exactly match the information on file with your financial institution, then tap Done.
I signed up with Google Play
To update your payment method through Google Play, please see the steps below:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app .
- Go back to the item you want to buy & tap the price.
- Next to the current payment method tap the Down arrow Payment methods.
- Choose a different payment method or add a new one.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
