If you subscribed through the App Store or iTunes, please note that we cannot manage your subscription for you, due to Apple's strict privacy policy.
However, simply follow these steps to complete the cancelation process from your device:
If you are using an iOS device:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name at the top.
- Click Subscriptions.
- Tap on Lingokids.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
- Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
- If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled.
Please remember that uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel a subscription automatically!
