We are experiencing a temporary issue with the Parents Profile. Upon canceling your subscription and reviewing in your Parents Profile, you may see text that says "Your subscription will renew in: X days". This text should read "Your subscription will expire in X days".
We are sorry for this inconvenience and are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, please rest assured that your subscription has been canceled and you will not receive any future charges.
