We currently do worldwide shipping.
How can I confirm my payment?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the payment and that we have received the order. If this is not the case, please contact store@lingokids.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready, we will hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each product is made specifically for your order. You can expect your shipment to arrive between 5 to 15 business days after placing your order. If you’d like for your products to arrive earlier, you can also choose the “Express Shipment” option.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We totally understand how frustrating it can be to receive a product with an error or damage.
No worries. If this happens, you can contact us at store@lingokids.com with a picture of the damaged product. We will be happy to help you!
