Email is the way to reach us. Write to hello@lingokids.com or use our contact form, and a real person will get back to you. We don't have a phone line or live chat.
What Should I Include?
The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can sort it out. Useful things to include:
- The email address on your Lingokids account, if it's different from the one you're writing from
- Which device your kids use, and whether it's iPhone, iPad, Android, Fire or Huawei
- For anything about billing, a screenshot of your receipt, or the last four digits of the card
- For a problem in the app, a screenshot or short video of what you're seeing, and where it happens
Is There a Better Address for My Question?
- Anything about the app, your account or your subscription — hello@lingokids.com
- Merchandise orders — store@lingokids.com
- Schools — schools@lingokids.com
- Partnerships — partnerships@lingokids.com
How Long Will It Take to Hear Back?
We'll come back to you as quickly as we can. If you don't hear anything, it's worth checking your junk folder before writing again — our replies sometimes land there.
Can I Send Feedback Rather Than a Problem?
Please do. Suggestions from families genuinely shape what we build next, and the same address works for it.
