Lovely — someone's given you a Lingokids code! Redeem it on the Lingokids redemption page, then log in to the app with the same email address and your content will be waiting. The whole thing takes a couple of minutes.
How Do I Redeem My Lingokids Code?
- Go to the right redemption page for your code:
- Gift codes — the Lingokids gift code page
- Partner codes, including Oxford University Press, Caligrafix and more — use the Lingokids partner code page
- Enter your code and tap Redeem.
- Enter your email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and tap Continue.
- Download Lingokids from the App Store or Google Play, then open it.
- Tap I have an account and enter the same email address you used to redeem your code.
- Open your email and tap LOG IN. That's you in.
Prefer a password? On that same screen, tap Use password, then Reset password, and we'll email you a link to set one.
What If My Code Isn't Working?
Two things are worth checking before anything else.
- Check you're on the right redemption page for your kind of code — gift codes and partner codes use different pages, and a code entered on the wrong one won't go through.
- Check the code itself for typos or a stray space at either end.
