How do I cancel my Lingokids membership?
We’re sorry that you do not wish to continue learning with us!
Please note that uninstalling the Lingokids app will not cancel a subscription.
The cancelation process varies depending on the platform through which you subscribed.

Are you unsure how you subscribed?
Verify the subscription confirmation e-mail to find out, check your payment receipts, or the charge on your statement.
- If your confirmation message, payment receipt, or charge states "Apple/iTunes Bill" you have registered via the Apple Store; see option 1.
- If your confirmation message, payment receipt, or charge states "Google Lingokids" you have registered via Google Play; see option 2.
- If your confirmation message, payment receipt, or charge states "Lingokids" or "Monkimun" you have registered via our internal platform; see option 3.
After canceling, you will be able to access your membership for the remainder of the time for which you have signed up or paid.
After that date, your subscription will expire and you will not any receive further charges.
