You can change the email address on your Lingokids account yourself, in the Parents Area. It takes three taps, and your subscription and your kids' progress stay exactly as they are.
Updating your email ensures that all your subscription details, app updates, and educational content notifications reach you reliably. It also helps protect your account security and guarantees uninterrupted access to Lingokids.
How Do I Change My Account Email?
- Go to the Parents Area and tap Profile.
- Tap the email address and type the new one.
- Tap Save to confirm the change.
From then on, use the new address whenever you log in.
What If I Can't Get Into My Account to Change It?
If the email on your account is one you can't reach any more, you won't be able to log in to change it yourself. Get in touch and tell us the old address and the new one, and we'll update it for you.
