How to Redeem Your Oxford University Press Code in Lingokids

Got an Oxford University Press (OUP) code with your book? Redeem it on the Lingokids code redemption page, then log in to the app with the same email address and your Oxford activities will be there. Your code never expires.

What Do Oxford Codes Unlock?

The Lingokids activities that go with your OUP book — Mouse & Me, Jump In, Toy Team or Little Blue Dot.

Do I Get Lingokids Plus With My Code?

It depends which book you have. Little Blue Dot and Toy Team codes come with a two-week Lingokids Plus trial on top, which opens up the whole app — more than 4,000 activities, games and songs. Codes for the other books unlock your book's Oxford activities only.

Either way, you keep your Oxford content for good, whether or not you go on to subscribe to Plus.

How Do I Redeem My Code?

1. Go to the Lingokids code redemption page.
2. Type in your access code and tap Redeem.
3. Enter your email address, agree to the terms and conditions, and tap Continue.
4. Log in, or create an account if you're new to Lingokids.
5. Download Lingokids from the App Store or Google Play, then open it.
6. Tap I have an account and enter the same email address you used to redeem.
7. Open your email and tap LOG IN. That's you in.

Prefer a password? On that same screen, tap Use password, then Reset password, and we'll email you a link to set one.

Where Do I Find My Oxford Content?

1. Open the Lingokids app.
2. Tap Categories, in the top right corner.
3. Tap your book under Oxford University Press.

Can I Use My Code on More Than One Device?

Yes. Once it's redeemed, your Oxford content sits on your account, so it'll be there on any device where you log in with the same email address.

What If My Code Isn't Working?

Check the code itself for typos or a stray space, and check you're on the Lingokids code redemption page rather than anywhere else. If it still won't go through, send us the code and we'll take a look.

How Do I Check My Subscription Status?

Go to Parents Area, then Account. You'll see either Plus gift, meaning your two-week trial is running, or Basic, meaning you're on the free plan.
