We're so happy you received a Lingokids gift code! Follow the steps below to redeem it and start your Playlearning™ journey.
- Go to https://app.lingokids.com/en/code/gift/redeem
- Enter your code and click Redeem.
- Enter your email address and click Continue (you must agree to the Terms and Conditions first).
After redeeming:
- Download the app on App Store or on Google Play and open it
- Tap I have an account and log in with the email address you used to redeem your code.

You'll be prompted to open your email — click LOG IN to sign in. Alternatively, tap Use password, then Reset password to set a new password via email.
My Code Is Not Working
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble — we know how frustrating that can be!
There are a couple of things worth checking:
- Make sure you're redeeming on the correct page. Some codes are created for specific partners and must be redeemed through an external site rather than the standard Lingokids redemption page.
- Double-check your code for any typos or extra spaces.
