Refunds are available in exceptional cases and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To be eligible, you must contact our support team within the following timeframes from the date of your first payment:
- Monthly subscriptions: within 7 days
- Yearly subscriptions: within 30 days
Apple App Store subscribers: Payments made through Apple require their authorization and are subject to their refund policies. Lingokids cannot process these refunds directly — please contact Apple Support to submit your request.
Amazon App Store subscribers: Payments made through Amazon require their authorization and are subject to their refund policies. Lingokids cannot process these refunds directly — please contact Amazon Support to submit your request.
What happens when my free trial ends?
If you don't cancel before your trial ends, you'll automatically be charged for the subscription plan you selected at sign-up. You can cancel at any time to avoid being charged for future billing cycles.
