How to Cancel Your Lingokids Subscription

We're sorry to see you go!

Cancel your Lingokids subscription in the same place you bought it — Apple, Google Play, the Lingokids website, or Amazon. Whichever route you take, your kids keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

One thing to know first: deleting the Lingokids app doesn't cancel anything. You need to cancel through the platform you subscribed with, or the payments carry on.

Where Did I Subscribe?

If you're not sure, check your confirmation email, your payment receipts, or the charge on your bank statement. The wording tells you:

• Apple or iTunes Bill — you subscribed through the App Store
• Google Lingokids — you subscribed through Google Play
• Lingokids or Monkimun — you subscribed on our website
• Amazon — you subscribed through the Amazon Appstore

How Do I Cancel Through Apple?

Apple's privacy rules mean we can't manage App Store subscriptions on your behalf, so this one's on your device.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Lingokids.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down to find it.

No Cancel button, or an expiry date in red? That means it's already cancelled. If the steps don't work, Apple Support can help.

How Do I Cancel Through Google Play?

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Select Lingokids.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

How Do I Cancel a Website Subscription?

If you subscribed on our website, you cancel inside the app.

1. In the Parents Area, tap the Profile icon.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Cancel my subscription and confirm.

How Do I Cancel Through Amazon?

1. Go to amazon.com and sign in.
2. Open Accounts & Lists, then Your Account.
3. Scroll to Digital content and devices and select Content and devices.
4. Open the Apps tab.
5. Find Lingokids and tap the three dots.
6. Choose Manage subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

What Happens After I Cancel?

Your kids keep full Lingokids Plus access until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. After that your family moves to free Basic access, so they can carry on playing every day.
