Please note that uninstalling the app will not cancel a membership.
After cancelling, you will be able to access your membership for the remainder of the time for which you have signed up or paid. For example, if you start a monthly membership on January 1 and cancel it on January 3, you will have access to your account until January 31. After that date, your account will expire and you will not receive further charges.
Please note that cancelling does not automatically initiate a refund. You can read more about our refund policy here.
I signed up with Apple through the App Store or iTunes
- Click here to launch your iTunes subscriptions
- Select Lingokids
- Tap Cancel Subscription

I signed up with Google Play
- Click here to access your Google Play subscriptions
- Tap Menu Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.

I signed up on the Lingokids website
If you registered using your credit or debit card, you can cancel your subscription directly in the app by managing your subscription here (if you are reading this in a device with Lingokids installed). If you subscribed using PayPal or if you're having troubles to cancel, please send us an email to email@example.com. Please make sure to include your membership confirmation and the email address you used to sign up for Lingokids.
