The Lingokids app is not working. What can I do?

If the Lingokids app is running slowly, freezing, or crashing, work through the fixes below in order. Most problems should clear at the first or second step, and none of them affect your kids' progress or your subscription.

How Do I Fix the Lingokids App When It Is Not Working?

1. Update the Lingokids app to the latest version.
2. Check that your device is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable.
3. Check that your device has enough free storage space.
4. Check that your device's operating system is up to date.
5. Delete the Lingokids app, reinstall it, and log back in. If you cannot remember your password, reset your Lingokids password before you reinstall.
