If you're in China and Lingokids is streaming slowly or some activities won't load, it's a known problem on our side, not anything to do with your device or your connection. We're working on a proper fix. In the meantime, downloading activities in advance is the best way around it.
What's Causing the Slow Connection in China?
Lingokids activities stream from content servers that aren't reliably reachable from networks in China at the moment, which is why some activities load slowly or don't load at all. It affects families across the country rather than individual accounts, so there's nothing wrong with your setup.
Is There Anything I Can Do in the Meantime?
If you have Lingokids Plus, downloading activities is the most reliable option. Download them whenever you have a good connection, and your kids can play them with no connection at all afterwards. See how to use Lingokids offline.
