Is Lingokids running a little slow? Has the app crashed?
We’re so sorry you’re having trouble with the app! Don’t worry, there are several things you can do to solve the problem you are experiencing:
- Be sure to update to the latest version
- Delete the app, reinstall it, and log in using the email you used to sign up. Click here for a password reset if you need one
- Check to make sure your internet is connected and stable
- Make sure your device has enough free space
If your problem continues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe your problem. The more details you give us, the easier and faster we will be able to find a solution for you!
We also ask that you please provide us with the following information:
- Screenshots of what you're seeing or, even better, a short video clip
- Where is it happening? In a mini-game, at the homepage, at login, while an activity is loading, in a video...?
- What is the error? The app closes, the animation stops, you are unable to continue...?
