Is Lingokids running a little slow? Has the app crashed?
Don’t worry, there are several things you can do to solve the problem you are experiencing:
- Be sure to update to the latest version
- Check to make sure your internet is connected and stable
- Make sure your device has enough free space
- Delete the app, reinstall it, and log in using the email you used to sign up, following these instructions. Click here for a password reset if you need one
