Lovely to have you back! Resubscribe through the same place you subscribed the first time — Apple, Google Play, or the Lingokids website — and your kids pick up right where they left off, with their profiles and progress still there.
How Do I Know Which Platform I Subscribed Through?
Check which receipts you've got: an emailed receipt from Apple means you subscribed through Apple, and one from Google Play means Google. If you can't find either, ask our support team and we'll look it up for you.
