Renewed your subscription but something doesn't look right? Whether your renewal isn't showing in your account or you're having trouble logging in, these steps will get you sorted.
Check Your Renewal Status First
Before troubleshooting, confirm your renewal has been recognised:
- Open the Lingokids app and tap the Parents Area.
- Tap your Parent Profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account from the menu.
- Check your subscription renewal or expiry date and current status.
If your renewal date is showing correctly, your subscription is active. If it isn't reflected yet, move to the next section.
Renewal Not Showing? Start Here
Check these two things first:
- Confirm the payment was successfully processed via Apple, Google, or Stripe — depending on where you subscribed.
- Make sure you're signed into the same account used when you purchased the subscription.
Can't Log In After Renewing?
Some grown-ups run into login issues right after renewal. If that's you, try these steps:
- Delete and reinstall the Lingokids app from your device.
- Open the app, tap Login, and enter the email address linked to your subscription.
- If that doesn't work, try logging in with any other email you may have associated with Lingokids, then log out and back in with your original subscription email.
