You can delete your Lingokids account yourself, from the Parents Area in the Lingokids app. The three steps are below, and the deletion is handled entirely in the app without needing to contact anyone.

How Do I Delete My Lingokids Account?
- Open the Lingokids app and go to the Parents Area.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Delete Account, at the bottom of the screen.
Do I Need to Cancel My Subscription Before Deleting My Account?
If you have an active Lingokids Plus subscription, check whether cancelling it is a separate step from deleting your Lingokids account. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google Play are managed by the store rather than by Lingokids, so deleting your Lingokids account may not stop the subscription renewing. To cancel first, cancel your Lingokids Plus subscription.
What Happens to My Data When I Delete My Lingokids Account?
Your data is completely anonymized. This means, all personal data like your email, the device you used, subscription details and information of the kids profiles si replaced with random numbers and digits. Making it impossible to find your account/details with the traditional information you provide us.
