Can’t download Lingokids from your store?

Lingokids is available from four stores: the App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery and the Amazon Appstore. If your store isn't showing it, the usual reason is that your device's operating system is out of date — update it and search again.

Which Stores Have Lingokids?

• App Store — for iPhone and iPad
• Google Play — for Android phones and tablets
• Huawei AppGallery — for Huawei devices
• Amazon Appstore — for Fire tablets

Why Can't I Find Lingokids in My Store?

Two things worth checking:

1. Your operating system. Stores hide apps that need a newer version than your device is running. Updating usually makes Lingokids appear.
2. Your device. Older phones and tablets may fall below what Lingokids needs to run properly. See which devices Lingokids works on.

What If My Store Isn't One of the Four?

Lingokids is only published to those four stores, so if your device uses a different one, you won't find us there. Let us know which device you're on and we'll tell you where you stand.
