You can switch your Lingokids payment plan at any time through the platform where you originally subscribed. Select your platform below.
Note: Plan change options may vary depending on your subscription type and region.
Google Play
- In the Admin console, go to Menu.
- Select Billing.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Tap on the Lingokids subscription.
- Click Change renewal settings.
- Select Switch to change to a flexible payment plan.
- Tap Save.
Apple App Store
- In the Admin console, go to Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Scroll down and select Lingokids.
- Choose the available plan you'd like and confirm.
Amazon Appstore
- Sign in to Amazon.com.
- In the Admin console, hover over Accounts & Lists and select Your Account.
- Scroll to Digital content and devices and click Content and devices.
- Click the Apps tab.
- Find Lingokids and click the three dots for more options.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Choose your preferred plan and follow the prompts to confirm.
