Need to update your payment details? Follow the steps for the platform you use to manage your Lingokids subscription.
Apple App Store
Payment methods for App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Payment & Shipping.
- Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted.
- Tap your existing payment method to edit it, or tap Add Payment Method to add a new one.
- Follow the prompts to save your changes.
Note: Due to Apple's privacy policy, Lingokids cannot manage App Store payment methods on your behalf. If you need further assistance, please contact Apple Support.
Google Play
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Payment methods > More > Payment settings.
- Under the payment method you want to change, tap Edit.
- Make your changes and tap Update.
Lingokids Website — Credit Card
- Go to the Lingokids billing portal.
- Enter your email address and click Send.
- Check your email for a confirmation code (valid for 30 minutes) and enter it.
- Once redirected to the subscription management section, tap + Add payment method.
- Fill in your payment details and click Add.
Lingokids Website — PayPal
If you pay through PayPal, you'll manage your payment method directly in your PayPal account:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon near the top of the page.
- Scroll down to Payment Settings and click Preapproved payments.
- Click on Lingokids.
- Click Change in the Payment Method section.
- Select the payment method you'd like to use.
