Want to check which email you signed up with, see when your next payment is due, or upgrade to Plus? It's all on the Account page in the Parents Area, and getting there takes five taps.
How Do I Get to My Account Page?
- In the Kids Area, tap your kid's name in the top left corner.
- Tap Parents Area.
- Enter the year you were born to pass the Parental Gate.
- Tap the Parent Profile icon on the lower bar.
- Tap Account.
What Can I Do on the Account Page?
- Check your email address — the one you signed up with
- See your renewal or expiry date — when the next payment is due, or when access ends
- Upgrade to Plus — if you're on the free plan it'll show as Basic, with the option to upgrade
- Manage or cancel — on Plus, you'll see Manage subscription and Cancel my subscription
For the full cancellation steps on every platform, see how to cancel your subscription. You can also switch between monthly and yearly or update your payment method.
What If I've Been Charged Twice?
Our system is built to stop duplicate subscriptions, but occasionally one slips through, and we're sorry when it does.
Usually we spot it ourselves and email you with what's happened and what we're doing about it. If you notice it first, work out which platform the second subscription was created on and cancel that one as soon as you can, so you're not charged again. Your receipts will tell you which is which — see how to cancel your subscription, which starts by helping you identify where you subscribed.
