Update payment method - Website

Credit card

Follow the instructions below to change your payment method when subscribing through the Lingokids website with a credit card. 

1. Follow this link - https://billing.stripe.com/login/c200Y6oReAFcVi9AA 
2. Enter your email address & click Send.
3. You will receive an email that contains a confirmation code (valid for 30 min).
4. Type in the code.
5. You will be redirected to the subscription management section, tap on +Add payment method.
6. Fill in your payment information and click Add.

Paypal

If you're paying for your Lingokids subscription through PayPal and want to change your payment method, you can do it through your PayPal account.

To change the payment method in your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Settings icon near the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to Payment Settings and click Preapproved payments.
4. Click on Lingokids.
5. Click Change in the Payment Method section.
6. Select the payment method you’d like to use.
