Want to check which email you used to sign up? Need to see your next payment date? Looking to upgrade to Lingokids Plus? You can manage all of this directly within the app.
Getting to Your Account Settings
Step 1 — Open the Parents Area:
- In the Kids Area, tap your child's name in the upper right corner.
- Tap Parents Area.
- Enter the year you were born.
Step 2 — Go to your Account:
- Tap the Parent Profile icon on the lower bar.
- Tap Account.
What You Can Do Here
From the Account page you can:
- Check the email you used to sign up.
- View your renewal or expiry date.
- Upgrade to Lingokids Plus — if you're on a free account, it will show as Basic with the option to upgrade.
- Manage or cancel your subscription — if you have a Plus subscription, tap Manage subscription or Cancel my subscription.

Multiple subscriptions
While our system is designed to prevent duplicate subscriptions, we understand that errors can occasionally occur. If this happens, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
In most cases, our team will detect this automatically and reach out to you via email with the details and the next steps to resolve it. However, if you notice a duplicate subscription before hearing from us, we recommend identifying which platform the duplicate was created on and cancelling one of the subscriptions as soon as possible to avoid being charged twice.
