I have paid, but I still can’t access Lingokids Plus

Sorry about this — paying and then not getting in is genuinely annoying. Nine times out of ten it's because the app is being logged into with a different email address than the one used to subscribe. Check that first, and nothing below will affect your subscription or your kids' progress.

Am I Logging In With the Right Email Address?

Your Lingokids Plus subscription is tied to the email address you subscribed with, so logging in with any other address won't find it. Two things catch families out:

• A second email address — plenty of us subscribe with one address and log in with another without thinking about it
• Apple's Hide My Email — if you signed up through Apple with this on, your account sits under a private relay address. See trouble logging in with Apple

Your receipt will show which address was used.

What If the Email Address Is Right?

Then a fresh install usually sorts it. Your kids' progress and your subscription both live on your account, not on the device, so nothing is lost.

1. Delete the Lingokids app from your device.
2. Reinstall it and open it.
3. Tap Log in on the welcome screen and enter the email address you subscribed with.

What If I Can't Work Out Which Email I Used?

Send us a copy of your receipt and we'll track the subscription down for you. Whatever's on the receipt is enough for us to find it — the order number, the date, or the last four digits of the card.
