I tried to sign up for an offer sent via email and an error message appeared stating it wasn't possible to subscribe.
Please note that our promotions are available only in American dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).
If you are using a card to subscribe, we recommend that you enable it for international purchases in foreign currency and recurring charge requests from Lingokids.
If your local currency is one of these two currencies, it could be that your card is set to automatically decline recurring charge requests from merchants or that it has a security measure called *3DS* imbedded.
Please contact your bank to understand why it's declining the payment and authorize that request. They can also give you more information.
