We are sorry you can’t access your Plus subscription with Lingokids!
Try following the steps below:
- Delete the Lingokids App
- Reinstall the App on your device
- Click on “Login” on the welcome page and enter the email you used to subscribe. If necessary, you can request a password reset here.
Still can't access your Plus subscription? 👀 Some users subscribe using a different email address or an Apple Hidden ID. Please make sure you are logging into the Lingokids app using the same email address you used to subscribe.
