Forgotten your password? No bother — head to the Lingokids password reset page, pop in your email address, and we'll send you a link to set a new one. It takes a minute.
Worth knowing: you don't actually need a password to get into Lingokids. A Magic Link logs you in straight from your inbox, with no password at all.
How Do I Reset My Lingokids Password?
- Go to the Lingokids password reset page.
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Check your inbox for the reset email.
- Tap the link in the email and set your new password.
- Open the Lingokids app and tap I have an account, at the bottom of the screen.
- Log in with your email address and your new password. You're back in!
What If the Reset Email Doesn't Arrive?
Give it a couple of minutes, then check two things: your junk or spam folder, and whether you've entered the same email address you originally signed up with. A reset email can only go to an address that's already registered.
