I signed-up through Apple:
Unfortunately, Apple manages all its subscriptions and purchases directly.
This means that we are not able to refund, cancel, or manage accounts created through Apple.
To request a refund please contact Apple directly using the information found on your emailed receipt. You can click here to start your refund request through Apple.
I signed-up on the Lingokids website or on Google Play:
We offer a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of your payment date.
You must send us a message through the Help widget on the lower right corner in order to be eligible for a refund.
Please note, that canceling your subscription on the app or on Google Play does not automatically submit a request for a refund.
Make sure to include the email address that you used to make the subscription and the receipt from the charge.
**Please note, if you previously requested and receive a refund, you won’t be eligible for any further refunds.
