Did you sign up on the Lingokids website or on Google Play?
We offer a full refund, no questions asked, if you contact us within 7 days of your payment date. You must send us an email to email@example.com in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note, that canceling your subscription on the app or in Google Play does not automatically submit a request for a refund.
If you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of being charged, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you!
Make sure to include the email address that you used to make the subscription and the receipt from the charge.
Did you sign up through Apple?
Unfortunately, Apple manages all their subscriptions and purchases directly. This means that we are not able to refund, cancel, or manage accounts created through Apple. To request a refund please contact Apple directly using the information found on your emailed receipt. You can click here to start your refund request through Apple.
