Did you sign up on the Lingokids website or on Google Play?
We offer a full refund* if you contact us within 7 days of your payment date. You must send us an email to hello@lingokids.com in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note, that canceling your subscription on the app or on Google Play does not automatically submit a request for a refund.
Make sure to include the email address that you used to make the subscription and the receipt from the charge.
*Please note, if you request and receive a refund, you won’t be eligible for any further refunds.
Did you sign up through Apple?
Unfortunately, Apple manages all their subscriptions and purchases directly. This means that we are not able to refund, cancel, or manage accounts created through Apple. To request a refund please contact Apple directly using the information found on your emailed receipt. You can click here to start your refund request through Apple.
