Q: What is Lingokids’ refund policy?
A: Refunds for our subscriptions are only available in exceptional cases, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To see if you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within the specified number of days from the date of your first payment:
- Monthly subscriptions: 7 days
- Three or six month subscriptions: 15 days
- Yearly subscriptions: 30 days

A: If you have any questions or concerns, please visit the Help Center section of our app here. From there, you can submit a support ticket to our support team and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For refund requests, please provide your order number and an explanation of the reasons for the refund.
Q: Can I get another Lingokids free trial?
A: Only one free trial is allowed per account. If you have already used your free trial and would like to continue using the Lingokids app with unlimited access, you can upgrade to one of our subscriptions.

Q: What happens after my Lingokids trial ends?
A: If you do not cancel your free trial before it ends, you will automatically be charged according to the subscription you selected during sign-up. You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being charged for future billing cycles.
