Make sure to include the email address that you used to make the subscription. Please note, that we can not help iOS or Apple customers who signed up through the App Store.

Unfortunately, Apple manages all their subscriptions and purchases directly. To request a refund please contact Apple directly using the information found on your emailed receipt.
